I used SP Developments to do the paving at my house. I have to honestly say hand on heart they did an amazing job. Delivered more than I expected. Came on time every day even kept my neighbours happy (very hard job). James (the boss) was very helpful as I didn’t have a drain on my driveway which was causing issues he got his team to install a new drain system in for me too.
All of his team were punctual l, respectful and honest.
Overall the job was amazing.

Very Pleased with our new Driveway.

James came out initially to give us some ideas on how we can make the most of the front for additional space for our cars with still keeping some Beautiful shaped flower beds. We decided to go with Block Paving and we are absolutely delighted with the end result!

We received quotes from a number of companies and SPD came back with the most affordable quote. We also thought James was very professional and trustworthy so decided to go for them. They did a fantastic job on our driveway, James went through the process very clearly with us and was quick to respond to any questions. Very pleased with our new resin-bound driveway and the new drainage.

I could not have asked for anything better from the lads from start to finish of my job - from the initial groundwork’s and preparation of both front and rear of my property, an amazing group of lads paved edging stones and steps to create the borders and edges for a seconds set of lads to follow on afterwords installing the resin-bound insert finishing the job of amazingly - which was fascinating to watch - I would highly recommend Secure property developments to anyone I come across.
