Very efficient service by this company. I needed someone asap and guys came out sooner for us as I have 3 kids and couldn’t use my kitchen sink or washing machine. Also wouldn’t even know these guys had been as they didn’t leave a trace of any work done and cleared away everything before they left. From initial contact Scott communicated quickly and effectively to determine my issue and give advice. He popped out to see the bathroom plumbing job, we agreed on a (very fair) price and he said he could send 2 of his team the next day. The 2 boys arrived on time, knew exactly what was to be done and carried out the work efficiently. They were 2 lovely, polite boys, who took all their packaging away with them and left no mess. Scott messaged later to recap on the (good) job. This was my first time using SDC but I would have no hesitation using them again and would absolutely recommend to others. Finley from SDC plumbing did fantastic job in-terms of sealing & fixing my toilet . SDC was selected as the 4th plumber to fix & seal my toilet (As previous 3 different plumbers couldn't seal my toilet effectively). The job was done with utmost satisfaction & in the cleanest way, historically I've always had to nudge plumbers to clean the surrounding, but not to Finley, who made sure everything was neat & tidy when he was done with his job. SDCs rates are reasonable I would definitely call them next time if I have any plumbing related issue. Thank you SDC, Scott & Finley for resolving my issue. More...
