Posted for help and SB heating & gas service was the 1st to respond. Straight from the start I was given ETA and ball part figure and possibly outcome and additional information for me to make an informed choice.

He was great at finding the issue with gas hob (pipe work) and explained what caused it and what action he could take to fix it. Awkward job but he done it!

Thanks to this man my family is now safe.

Whilst at our house he found a fault which two other engineers hadn’t when previous work conducted at our house. Explained the fault to me, provided reassurance and completed the repair efficiently. Delighted with Stevens work when he installed gas cooker for me , (the day after i called him) , explained everything he was doing, ppe worn throughout , top marks all the way , a nice guy too .

hired to install a hob, did it in less than 2 hours, got paper work and he even did the mandatory legally needed checks on my gas boiler before leaving to make sure it was ok before he left

Steven came today to cap a gas fire supply and service the boiler. His work was meticulous and he talked me through what he was doing. Boiler serviced and all paperwork completed, talked me through what to expect needing doing in the next few years, was reassuring and obvious he knows his stuff. Definitely will be using him again.
