Wow....in our hour of need, after a " Large and well known Company " installed a full house security system for us after our significant house burglary and car theft 3 x weeks ago and failed three times immediately after installation. .. We contacted Matt at SAS....and never looked back. A smashing, honest and professional chap, who fitted us in very quickly, communicated with us at all times, and installed our CCTV system without any fuss...and rendered my Family a lot more secure considering our current vulnerable position. What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that we work with security. People often look to us in pretty dark times after bad things have happened.
As much as we wish this wasn't the reason we're so busy, it's a great feeling knowing that when we leave, our customers feel much more secure and know that we're only a call away.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a Project Manager for a large Mortgage Broker specialising in IT and acquisitions. Whilst working there I did a degree in business management. I also saw all different aspects of how a business should be run properly, as they were great at what they did. Being confident that I could do the exact same but in my own preferred field, I made the jump in to running my own business and we hit the ground running.
Why should our clients choose you?
We're not just engineers that install cheap DIY kit and then leave. All our installs are custom designed. We tailor each customer specifically for their best security option. Out kit can often be complex to setup purely because of how smart the systems are. We do all the complex part and leave our customers with a great, easy to use system. Some of our customers may notice that it takes us several hours to install something and then an additional hour sat with a laptop configuring all the settings to get optimum performance from the systems. It should be what every engineer does when it's required, but sadly some don't.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Because of the nature of our work, all initial installs are carried out on customers premises. However for certain aftercare services, we offer a lot of them remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As general practice, we'd love if each customer worked with us to maintain guidelines. All our engineers are double jabbed and will continue to receive boosters. We sanitize regularly and wear masks whenever required.
Please don't feel under pressure to ask us to wear masks. We're happy to do so.
