One of the things to consider is minimum head height. The available head height in the loft should be at least 2.2 meters from the floor to the highest point of the roof. Other aspects to consider would be Roof structure, Structural integrity, Building regulations, Planning permission if required, Party wall agrement, Windows and natural light, Utilities and services.
