S&D Elite did a first rate job of cleaning the house of a recently deceased elderly relative. It was an extremely challenging task but the guys were more than up to it.
Grant,Sean & Dan are 3 lovely guys who were all very professional but extremely easy to work with.
Communication was excellent as was the advice freely offered as to the best way to achieve the best result. They were punctual and courteous at all times.
The house now looks like a different property, but in a really good way.
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a terrific job, carried out at a reasonable cost.

Less than 1 year. However we have professionals with over 10 years experience on our team.

Yes, always. Unless specific requests are made for items that require extra care and customers want to provide specific products for us.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide a service we know our customers will be happy with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years in the industry it became very apparent there is a lack of quality and we decided that we can and will provide a better service.

No. We may be able to provide quotes remotely but would also rather do that in person where suitable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have been running since late 2022 so we have birthed ourselves in to a post-pandemic world but because we are a cleaning company, disinfecting, killing germs and generally maintaining a high level of cleanliness is and always will be on top of our agenda.

Home clean price list
Standard Elite cleans:
£17.50 (minimum of 2 hours) – Our entry level clean including vacuum cleaning, mopping, polishing and disinfecting all surfaces, dusting (skirting board to ceiling) and fragrance all rooms to our Elite standard.
Deep clean and end of tenancy clean services:
£25 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) – Our more extensive service for properties that require a little extra attention. Everything as listed above with additional attention to everything listed below room by room.
BATHROOM – scrubbing grout, disinfecting waste basket, cleaning all glass/porcelain, removing soap scum/limescale from fixtures, deep cleaning of shower tray/bath tubs and panels, deep cleaning skirting boards and door frames, clean inside vanities and medicine cabinets, cleaning/mopping floor.
KITCHEN – clean appliance crevices (around built in appliance areas where accessible), clean/disinfect inside of fridge (once empty), microwave and hob, clean/disinfect backsplashes and counter tops, cleaning/disinfecting small kitchen appliances, cleaning and organising cabinets and drawers.
GENERAL SPACES, reception rooms and bedrooms – cleaning under furniture (where applicable), cleaning ceiling fans/light fixtures, vacuum cleaning upholstery, cleaning blinds and windowsills, dusting individual decorations, sanitising bins, cleaning skirting boards, window frames and door frames, cleaning window tracks, wiping walls (where appropriate), vacuuming wall edges and other crevices, polishing furniture and also offer a carpet clean on the room(s) requested for this service
Ultimate Elite Package clean (known as a sparkle finish)
£35 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
SPRING CLEAN SPECIAL OFFER £30! – Our best package we offer which we would suggest for people who are seeking that show home finish. This service includes all the above and our “special floor seal and shine service” (suitable for laminate and vinyl tiled floors) with extra time taken to really ensure you fall in love with your home again. Also, this package contains all services listed below included with no additional fees.

£45 per room for the first 2 rooms any rooms after that would cost
£25 a room (unless over 16ft in length)

Oven cleaning:
£45 (single oven)
£30 (single oven) (when added to another service)
Upholstery cleans:
£45 (based on standard 3 seat sofa)
£30 (based on standard 3 seat sofa) (when added to another cleaning service)
£15 for each additional seat/chair

£3 per window frame
