I called Ernie out on Easter Sunday due to having an outside tap stuck fully on and expecting all plumbers to be off work.
Ernie responded almost immediately and arrived promptly shortly after. Locating a shop open was almost impossible but he went further to another town and managed to get shop to provide tap although officially closed. Did job immediately upon return without charging for extra trip mileage / time. Well impressed and discussing next job! Ernie is therefore great find!!

Workers were pleasant, I feel aggrieved that employing professionals to do a job after lots of discussion re price and scope of work the minimum was carried out.
Ie spraying waterproof solution to exterior walls.
They did not as far as I can see spray all walls correctly, and gave a story that the liquid travels up and down the brickwork.
This apart they left the site in good order , and as I said they were pleasant enough.
