Gutter Clearance
Included in this service we will perform a full survey of the guttering. We will then go up there by hand, clear all the gutters of any moss and debris. After this we will check all downpipes and swan necks for any blockages and unblock them if they needed. We will also check for any loose guttering and reclip this for free with the service as well. Clearance prices start from a £25 minimum call out fee, if work is completed.
Full wash service
This is our cleaning service. This service can be with or without the clearance. In this service we will do a full survey of the gutters, we will then wash the outsides of the Gutters, Soffits, Fascia's, Downpipes and Barge Boards and any other plastics around the property if requested. We also offer a free downpipe check with this service.
Gutter Guard Removal and Installation
Gutter guards are an efficient way to keep moss, leaves and debris out of your gutter system. Ensuring that water flows freely, when water can't freely flow through gutter systems and down the downspouts, there can be serious damage to the integrity of the home. These risks include: Water spilling onto the roof, which can cause leaks inside the home. However, overtime guards can lose their integrity causing them to be less effective. In this case we are happy to remove them as requested. We will also do a full survey of the gutters with this service.
Solar Panel Cleaning
In this service we will clean the solar panels by hand, to ensure that any dirt and debris is removed from the face of the solar panel. Solar panel cleaning keeps your warranty in tact, helps your solar panels produce the maximum electricity and importantly and saves you more money in the long-term.
Minor Repairs
As a company we also offer minor repairs. We can repair loose guttering, fix leaking gutters and downpipes, replace perished end caps and unions, fix sagging gutters, replace broken clips and brackets and more.
