I had my bathroom completely ripped out and a new one put in. They were quick and efficient whilst doing a fantastic job

I phoned Tan after a bathroom fitter made a mess of my bathroom and disappeared with my money!!

I can honestly say Tan was one of the best tradesmen I have come across
his side kick Rob was also excellent.
They worked day/night correcting the mess my previous guy did and giving me a beautiful functioning bathroom.

From beginning to end, fantastic communication all the way through, constant updates on the whole progress, photos and videos as l wasn't their all the time.
The guys cleaned up after themselves everyday when they finished, even put this plastic shrink wrap film on the hallway and bedroom floor so no marks or dirt got onto it.
What can l say about the tiling, well you would be stupid not to use them, the tiling is on point, the spacing is so precise.
Rouge team had to rectify the work that someone done previously and it Come up thousand times better.
Before all the work was carried, Tan sent me a full break down of all the work and the price and what extra bits l had to purchase separately very clear,along with break down of the work to be carried out in stages and payment.
When l was the bathroom, my words was, wow wow wow such an amazing job.

Tan was great throughout the whole process and did regular check ins to ensure I was happy with the job. He was very organised and visited our property the same day to see what could be done in our bathroom and discuss our expectations. His quote on the phone was consistent with the quote he stated in person and the work began shortly after (3 days). Rouge management services did an amazing job and exceeded our vision for the bathroom. The tiling and grouting are uniform and unsightly pipes have been covered. They replaced the toilet, sink and bath and put in a new shower and mirrored cabinet. Tan was able to answer any questions and made great suggestions to produce the fabulous result we ended up with. They did a really good job. Naturally, there were things that don't go to plan, hold ups, knocks and scrapes etc, but Tan always did his best to be apologetic and make up for it, in whatever way he can.

I felt comfortable with them, and they were polite and respectful throughout.

In terms of the final result-It is very good. I am really pleased with the ensuite and how they ensured they took all of their rubbish with them at the end.
