Absolutely delighted with the outstanding service from Lynsie at Ross Sales & Lettings. Lynsie went above and beyond, her advice, customer service and communication skills were second to none, all viewings were well organized and I was kept informed of everything every step of the way and she even came out on a Saturday to help with my open house. Well today I should have been collecting my keys to my new house but ROSS SALES AND LETTINGS are definitely one to stay away from when buying or Letting a house! I found a house and gone to view it all was good, got told I was getting the property, they took my HOLDING deposit which is supposed to hold the property while your checks are getting done! Told me I would get my keys today and then since Thursday where being very funny with me! I felt something was wrong so I got my friend to phone and ask if they could have a viewing for that house and he was told that yes there was viewings on Saturday! I spoke to Stuart the letting agent and knew exactly his voice! And that is the agent that arranged a viewing with my friend for the house I had a deposit on! When I called to ask him why he said oh I know nothing about this even though I knew it was him on the phone before! He said it was just precaution! I called back an hour later to be told to stop calling them as it was frustrating! I then explained that with 3 children, I had given my current landlord notice that I’m leaving, I had a sofa getting delivered to that house and I was in process of changing my little boy to the school close to that house! He wasn’t interested! He then ignored my calls all weekend and sent me an email to tell me I wasn’t getting the house anymore the landlord changed their mind! On Monday! 2 days before getting the keys ! I asked if the person who seen the house on Saturday was getting it and was told no! And when a family member called up and asked about the house they were told it was gone! So obviously that was the case! All they done was lie and get my hopes up and keep me In the dark and disappoint me 2 days before supposed to be moving! I packed everything into boxes and had to unpack! My children are asking when we are moving to our new house with all their new room stuff sitting here! The company is a shambles and I would avoid it at all costs! More...

This company are great. They sold my partners flat quickly and we got an offer that was much higher than we expected for it. We were very surprised with the amount of viewers they sent to see our flat as there was another flat in the same building as ours that was being advertised at £10,000 less than ours that was being advertised online with another local estate agent. We were so impressed with the quality of service this company provided us when selling our 4 bedroom house in Bothwell recently. Robert gave us good honest advice and got us marketed really quickly.
