Having been declined the loan amount that I was looking for from several other brokers and lenders, Mo Al-Hakim was able to use his expertise to find a lender that was suitable for me. He also found a different method, not the usual dividends and salary, which meant that I was able to save a significant amount. The rates I’m on now are great and he also provided us with a solicitor and suitable life insurance. I was recommended Ahmed (of Richmond Premier) by my accountant when I mentioned I needed to arrange a mortgage for a BTL. I must say that throughout the process Ahmed kept me fully appraised of what was going on and made sure he was on top of everything that was required to complete the purchase . He did all the hard leg work and chasing up, saving me loads of time and hassle. He was also very precise and clear throughout and explained each stage of the process to me.
