The RGM engineer was very friendly and helpful and completed my boiler service quickly. He gave me good advice on getting a carbon monoxide detector. RGM teamed up with Dunfermline Athletic football club and raised funds to help someone in need of a new boiler...I was incredibly lucky to be approved and my new boiler was installed yesterday. The team were absolutely fantastic and i didn't make it easy for them as the boiler system is in my attic which meant they had to climb up and remove my old system and install the new system. I have already noticed a massive difference in how warm my house is and how quiet the new system is (old boiler was noisy and woke me up frequently) The team were very respectful of my property, polite and very tidy. Dylan took time to show me how to use the new controls and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving the property. Each and everyone of them are absolute wonderful humans and thank you just doesn't seem enough. Highly recommend Graeme and his amazing team. More...

Recently had a combi boiler installed through RGM, great service and very friendly. There's was plenty of work to do in bringing my heating system up to date so was pleased to see tradesmen including electricians and roofers decend on the job without delay. Good communication all round, Pete the gas fitter was very knowledgeable and helped iron out a few unforeseen issues quickly. Having had an issue with my boiler, I called to get an appointment and when Peter assessed the boiler, he was really friendly and professional. He immediately knew why there was a leak and explained it to me. The problem was fixed within 10 minutes. Contacted company and arranged a service for my boiler. Staff receiving the call were excellent and arranged the service at a time suitable for me. The staff attended on time and carried out the job with no fuss. Arrangements are in place for a further visit next year. Overall I highly recommend this company.
