We had a resin drive from Resolution Drives. Very happy with the job and the quote was reasonable. They stuck to it even though they had to do a bit of extra work replacing a drain. What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction.
When we have transformed the surface and we see the look on our customers faces upon completion. It really does have the wow factor and you can't beat that initial reaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for over 20 years for other companies in the past but came to realise that not everyone provides the same service and customer care that I think should be implemented. I wanted to be able to provide a service that not only is professional but is personal to each customer, from the moment you start all the way through to completion. I believe that our approach in communication throughout and personal experience is what keeps us going. Our customers are people and not numbers.
Why should our clients choose you?
We treat each project as an individual and not a number. Every project that we do is bespoke with us paying great attention to detail. Our customer service is what we pride ourselves on and we know that the work that we complete is of a high standard due to us having 20 years experience which particularly when installing resin bound is paramount.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No we cannot provide our services online or remotely but we can offer estimates of cost for installations if we have enough information to do so. Each estimate that is provided remotely may change when we then take the measurements on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We social distance when attending initial appointments also wearing face masks. We would never need to enter a property so everything we do is outside.
When installing surfaces if we do touch any doors handles etc then we sanitise immediately.
Resin Bound and Bonded Surfaces
We install Resin surfaces transforming tired drives into something that has the wow factor along with the added benefits such as creating a smooth and hard-wearing finish which is long-lasting.
It's ideal for all applications such as disabled access and pushchairs, bicycles etc. It is low maintenance, minimising puddles, ice and the growth of weeds. The surface is also fully permeable to air and water.
With resin, you can create so much with bespoke designs in a variety of colours that really makes a statement.
Each drive/surface is individual and great attention to detail is given to achieve our goal which is that the customer is completely satisfied with the end result.
