As a clinical hypnotherapist I work with many clients who want to make a positive change in their life which may be lifestyle-based, health-related or work-oriented. I can help you with issues including: stress, anxiety, depression, anger, insomnia, IBS, phobias, pain management, confidence and self-esteem.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a modern therapy which combines elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and hypnosis. The approach is collaborative, forward-looking and builds on your resources for finding solutions.

As a therapist I bring relevant academic knowledge, an evidence-based approach, a capacity to listen and to be responsive to what you want to achieve. I have degrees in Psychology, Cognitive Science and Education and extensive experience of working in corporate and educational environments.
