Therapist

I found talking to Ren extremely helpful. She created a calm, non judgemental place to talk through some of the issues I have been working through.

Q&As

I am fascinated by people's resilience and ability to flourish. I love seeing and enabling people to achieve their full potential as human beings.

Alongside private practice, I work for a leading youth mental health charity. Working privately means I can support people in a much more tailored way to suit their needs.

I understand how daunting reaching out for help can be. As well as being a therapist, I also have years of experience being the client, too.
There are plenty of therapists out there and finding the person who's right for you is so important!
I offer a warm, compassionate and safe space to explore any difficulties you may be facing.
My approach is centred on humanistic values, meaning I recognise each individual as unique and emphasise the importance of being true to yourself in order to lead the most fulfilling life.

I offer a space and opportunity to explore your thinking, emotions and behaviour and ways of relating to others and the world.

Yes - I offer 55 minute sessions via Zoom or in person at my therapy room in Hale Village, Cheshire.

I have undergone training in Covid-19 Health & Safety and Social Distancing.
I also have training in Working Safely Online.
