What do you love most about your job?
I love working in HR! I see how much impact effective management of people can have on the productivity and profits of a business and I enjoy giving small business's the skills to be able to implement this quickly and effectively.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like solving problems its what excites me. Which is why i wanted to start my own HR consultancy working specifically with small business to improve there business through there people. Every business is different and has its own challenges and working with business to solve these is what excites me.
