Received a L-size CloZee jacket for Christmas and found it to be too small. Naturally reached out to start an exchange process early January… The “highlights” of this interaction / process: - Found out they do not have a typical “exchange” process (solely has to be a return) - Return process is manual, email-orientated that’s time consuming and took several days to correspond back and back - Required to purchase a return $10 label from them - One month after sending them the return, they still haven’t processed the return and refunded the individual who gifted me the jacket Again, keep in mind this is all for a jacket that was too small and these people are a clothing company WHO HAS NO EXCHANGE PROCESS AROUND CHRISTMAS. These guys are on it! We had a slight hiccup where our Microworlds Vinyl had a crack on the edge. After I reached out to inform them, Ms. Jacki took control of the whole situation. I bought a LSDREAM star child jersey recently, was incredibly excited as I have been to multiple shows and pop up shops but they sold out before I could get a jersey each time. The wakaan logo on the back unfortunately is super off center and looks a bit derpey. I filed a request and the kt8 team was helpful, but ultimately said they could not offer me a jersey with no defects and offered for me to send it back in for a refund and get 20% off a new item. I want the jersey and don’t want to send it back as these are so hard to get, but expect much more compensation for such a major defect. More...

If you want merch from any artists that work with Kt8 Merchandise Company, just take your money elsewhere or buy from their shows. The "team" at Kt8 has no real customer service. They make you jump through hoops or send out confirmation emails late specifically to hold you to their deadlines and throw every reason in the book why they shouldn't be responsible for their products. I had accidentally doubled up an order. But, no confirmation email was sent until after they shipped everything. Then, they refused to work with me on a refund. Then, my partner bought Rezz's new record on vinyl. It skips ONLY on the first song. So, she sends the requested evidence of the issue to their "team", hoping they'd send out a new one to fix the issue. Instead, they blame it on our brand new record player saying, "The arm isn't calibrated properly on that particular record player for heavy bass music." Like as if the rest of the record doesn't play perfectly. We also tested the record player with other records. We can confidently say that the player isn't the issue. The issue is a greedy company with toxic values wants to work over their customers. We love Rezz. She's both of our favorite EDM artist. I recently placed an order through Kt8 Merch Co for REZZ merchandise and was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Jacki in Customer Support. I had to return one of the items (which I then re-ordered with a better-fitting size) and the assistance that I received from Jacki was exceptional: she was very prompt and quick with her responses, was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and was extremely friendly and helpful! Kt8 Merch is amazing! While it's not always in their control when things go astray or for whatever reason Merch wasn't delivered (inaccurate listing), their customer service is above and beyond. I've always gotten timely responses (usually 1-2 days, most was maybe 3 days?), whether they had an answer at that moment or not, there was always a reasonable resolution. They've always gone up and beyond, checking in to let me know where we're at with the resolution too, or given a reasonable timeline as to when I can expect a response from them. I had an uncommon vinyl that was returned to sender, Kt8. Kylie made sure it got back to me. What a champ she is and so polite and well spoken (or typed? lol). I've just had my fair share of mishaps as a fan w/ merch, shipping, quality, just everything really... but mostly as a merch guy. Having a trailer full of crooked prints is def a vibe killer. I can't believe, that after 25 years, I am able to buy Phat pants and Snug branded clothing again. Being a huge fan of this company since the 90's, it was quite the feeling to be able to get my latest order in the mail from them and try on all my new clothes.
