RC Southern Kickboxing is a local martial arts school in the southampton and surrounding areas. Kickboxing is the main martial art taught as well as learning self defence you will have the opportunity to grade to black belt and compete.
Kickboxing techniques are taught as well as pad work,sparring and blocking. There's an opportunity to train three times a week in the different locations, more details can be seen on the website.
