The service Darron gave us was 5 star plus! He visited us the day after our phone call about a garden rat problem that we & our neighbours had. He was professional, courteous & understanding, assessing all aspects of the problem and followed official guidelines as to which substance to use. He returned 2 weeks later, as he said he would, reassessing the problem, which had thankfully been resolved, and gave us helpful advice for the future. Fantastic services. Extremely efficient in every aspect. I have been having issues with a repeated rat problem since I moved into the house last year. After loosing faith in another company I was recommended to Darron. Two visits, problem solved. There was an issue in the drain manhole where the rats had been using to get into the loft space, I’m glad to say all the noises have stopped and I feel completely at ease not the rats can no longer get in. I called Darron on the Sunday morning as my daughter had been hearing scratching noises in the loft. We also discovered 2 holes in the skirting board. Darron turned up within 1 hour and dealt with the problem straight away. We had a rat issue, somehow they had made their way into the property. Darron came back 10 days later to do an inspection. Posting on behalf of my daughter whom appointed Darron from Rattraxs Pest Control. I dealt with Darron on his visit to the property to deal with what was thought to be a move problem, turns out it was a bit more serious.
Rats..!!
Darron picked up on this straight away, he was here a good while doing various things and advised a camera of the drains was done. He found where a drain was not capped off allowing a rat to get into the wall. I was told that it was a simple fix and Darron sorted it. Amazing service, polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just got on with things.
I felt I could have complete confidence in him and we have not heard or seen anything else since his visit. Amazing. Thank you Darron.

What do you love most about your job?
Customer facing role, I have worked with the general public all of my working life. The problem solving aspect of the job, not just putting baits or traps down but to actually solve the issue for the customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to take my time on each call, working for a big "target" based company is not always correct pest control, some call can take a short period of time, other calls can take hours. i never rush a job, been there done that.. i take every job on its merit.

With over 30 years of industry knowledge, experience and certification to confirm, I genuinely enjoy what i do, i have the products and equipment and more importantly the time to supply each customer with quality work.

Yes.. but it is limited to identification and quotations only .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At present i operate at to what ever the customer requires. I will don an mask when asked, however gloves are a mandatory part of my job. i will done gloves before i start any works, usually as soon as i have introduced myself.

Drain Surveys for Rats
To carry out CCTV drain surveys for rats infestation where suspected that rats are using the drainage system to gain access into the property.
Surveys carried out to industry standards and full reports to be supplied in the event that they are required for insurance or third party company repairs.
Loft Clearances
In the event that a rat infestation has taken hold over a period of time the are associated wastes such as droppings, urine and nesting materials left behind. Once the infestation has been eradicated then we can provide a quotation to carry out a loft clearance and disposal service.
Proofing works
Wether it be minor drain repairs, blocking off holes or any required pest control proofing this service is also provided.
