James arrived exactly on time to do a couple of jobs as arranged. However, unknown to him, the previous day, my washing machine had broken down. As soon as he came in and saw the mess I was in, he asked if I wanted him to take a look at it, as this is something else he deals with. I obviously agreed, saying it was more important than the two other planned jobs.
In the end, he got my washing machine working perfectly, and still did the two other jobs as well.

There’s not enough or adequate superlatives to describe the outstanding work James/Raijin Solutions does for clients! James has been absolutely incredible - we recently moved into a new build and pretty much had to buy almost all, if not all, furniture as flat packs! This is when James swooped in to the rescuer! He is absolutely reliable and he provides impeccable service and workmanship at a fair price. On one of the days he was working with us, he did a twelve hour shift round the clock to ensure all out furniture items were fixed so that our kids could enjoy their rooms/personal spaces in the new home! The thing I want to highlight the most here, is that above all, he is an incredible human being.
