I had 2 heavy wardrobes , 2 chest of drawers, and two side tables that had to be moved within 4 hrs time. I had tried other man and van companies and they had all either A) quoted prices way out of my range or B) were not available C) had just one man (one man cant move wardrobes).
Matt listened to me very patiently and said he could fit me in because I was in such a jam. I couldn't of picked a nicer and more professional man to deal with me. I am so glad he called me back to give me a quote.
look no further this is your man (and van) Matt and his helper who is also very careful, and polite are all you NEED for your moving requirements.
I will definatly use them again if I ever need anything moving.

HELLO EVERYONE, just too raise awareness of this, I'D BE HONEST I'D LEFT 5* fantastic FEEDBACK BUT NOW taking that 5* back , wouldn't rate 1* , alot off our removal from stephston Matthews, call's himself Matt, FALSE obviously, well removal, as far as I'm concerned about the so called family run business specialising in the highest CHARGES for disabled people, well we have damaged item's sentimental value antics cabinet, got broken, ALSO crushed screen on our VERY EXPENSIVE SMART t. v., also stolen money ect, so just too WARN YOU THAT MAKING OUT GOING TOO GIVE YOU A GREAT DEAL, BANGING AND CLASHING OUR VARIOUS VALUABLE'S ABOUT, WELL THEY ARE GOING TO BE IN FIR A VERY HEFTY BILLS BY TIME IT'S HONESTLY OVER, BECAUSE TRUST ME I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED TO PROCESSING CLAIMS AGAINST THE MADE OUT NICE MEN, THE MAIN MAN,MAKE'S OUT TOO BE HONEST AND PROMISED A GREAT SERVICES WOULD DEFINITELY BE TAKEN, ALSO TOO MENTION THAT HIS GOES BY THE NAME OF MATT.... NOT AT ALL STEPHSTON MATTHEWS, CONNED US DISABLED PEOPLE ARE REALLY LEFT IN A TERRIBLE STATE AND HEARTBROKEN AS HE'D PROMISING TOO TAKING EXTRA CARE, WELL IT'S ALL PN CCTV. In response to your accusations, i would like to addresses each point with you. 1) We did not charge a high price we charged you £250 for 2 days work and we actually came back on the 2/9/21 to remove what was left at your old property free of charge, it turned out to be a full van load rather than the 3 items you said we still didn't charge for it as we go above and beyond for our customers. 2) We left the shelves on top of the cabinet for you to put in yourselves, so any damage is down to you. 3) The T.V was wrapped and tied up in our van, so any damage was not done by us, as i checked the screen when i unwrapped it. 4) As for stolen money we do not do things like that, why would you make these false accusations about us? And what do you class as ect? 5) We do care about our customers belongings, we secure fragile belongings with blankets and ties. 6) From what your saying about processing your claims for damages it has taken over 2 weeks for you to report any damages to us. 7) We do make empty promises about customer care. Being accused of being fake is far from the truth. I did reply to your text messages and have not blocked your number and still have all the text messages you sent as proof of how we have gone out of our way to help you. He is really the best and so professional

Matt and his crew did a fantastic job at moving our belongings. They conducted themselves professionally, they are good at what they do, charges were truly reasonable. I was impressed to see that they had all the right tools for the different furnitures, they were really fast with the packing with so much energy and friendliness.
