Before I worked with Quest I would ring up a call centre and you would never know who you were speaking to. With Quest, we have an Account Manager which is brilliant and so much more personal.
We know them and they know us. Helen is amazing, she has really helped me out. I know I can pick up the phone to her anytime and she responds quickly. In employment meetings, Helen knows all the legislation and keeps notes on everything.
During furlough the team were excellent. We often found out before anyone else what we needed to do. What could have been a minefield of information, their regular emails made everything easier to understand and deal with.

Having used Quest for advice right the way through the pandemic, I have to say the advice, turnaround time and general on point information has been 100%.
From a quick phone call for advice right the way through to email correspondence regards staffing issues and furlough, the service has been fantastic and comes highly recommended.

There is always someone on hand for help and advice when needed, from routine day to day issues through to much more in depth ones.
In more recent times Quest have kept us updated with regards to the ever changing situation affecting workplaces and working arrangements, which has been very helpful.
Quest have also aided us with recruitment. By narrowing applicants down on our behalf, this has meant we can carry on with day to day works whilst knowing that this is being done and posts are being filled.

Quest are amazing! They are always there when you need them. They helped us with recruitment, putting the right people in the right jobs and supported with our staff contracts, handbooks and templates. They just know what to do in any situation. Support during Covid-19 has been great too. Whenever things changed, they would get in touch. We would get legislation broken down, which meant instead of wading through reams of technical information we got what we needed. They simplified everything so it felt like, this is what it means to you and this is what you should do now. We could then relay it to the rest of the team and act straight away. What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love people and forming Quest as a Company has meant I get to meet a wide variety of people from business owners to the employees within the organisation.
No 2 days are the same in my world and so like the challenge of finding workable solutions for business owners which ultimately helps them take a step further towards their aims and goals.
I also have an amazing team here at Quest and so I get the pleasure in working with them everyday, seeing how dedictaed they are to the clients we serve is inspiring.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for larger corporates where problems were often resolved from a HR perspective by throwing money at it and I found it frustrating that the root problems were often left unaddressed. I wanted to work with smaller businesses where I felt the advice and guidance I could give would make a real difference to them and their business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Me and my team are extremely passionate about people and making sure your employees remain your biggest asset and dont become your biggest liability.
We operate with a very practical, straightforward approach and we dont sit on the fence!
Our mission is to help build stronger and safer teams and we do this by really getting to know your business so we can add value and become part of your extended team in giving you expertise in HR and Health & Safety in whatever way you need this.

We operate a telephone helpline and can provide support either on a face to face basis where needed or through use of video conferencing such as zoom for a completely remote service.
For Health & Safety services we do operate face to face site visits, sudits and inspection UK wide.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We completed a full risk assessment and put measures into place to protect all our staff members and any clients which may visit our premises. We have social distancing measures, temperature checks for all visitors, a daily cleaning regime and elctro static spraying for sanitising all areas of our premises.
Where we attend your premises for y=work our staff will check in advance of any measures that you have in place and we have appropriate PPE to wear as needed.
