Young man came a bit late but I was well informed beforehand worked very hard in very cold conditions spent best part of 3 hours on roof and did a good Job and cleaned solar panels to a good standard recommend them 👍

Got a good price for a full roof clean. Job started well and Alex works hard and is a nice guy. Was asked to pay full amount on first visit although roof only 1/3 cleaned. Didn’t despite protests and agreed to give 1/2 money. Also the team didn’t use downpipe filters and this lead to a blockage in drain and water backed up and was running out of my boiler as it had gone up the run off pipe into the boiler. This error cost me £500 to get boiler repaired. Aftrr 3rd visit and still 1/3 roof to go I relented and paid the full balance as I was told they were financially struggling. Despite assurances that the job would be completed , this still hasn’t happened and they have now cancelled me 4 times the day before they were due to come out. All of these after I’d paid the balance off stupidly obviously. The latest excuse is all of their staff are on holiday until after Xmas and they will contact me in the new year.
