I won't embarrass myself with the details of how out of the way Victoria had to go to accommodate me today but it will give you an idea - wrong day, wrong time. Panic stations. This lady (and a lady she is) made it happen for me against all odds, at extreme inconvenience for her and made it look like nothing. I got my dress - unique, trendy and perfect - with her help. A bride is only a bride with the dress. And what a dress I got!!! Karl was patient, kind, reassuring and I ended up with a real stunner. Memories don’t have all their dresses on display because they don’t need to. They listen and pay attention; a real personal experience. Came into the shop today to model some wedding dresses for Faz and felt so comfortable, she is so professional and makes you feel so special❤️ although I have my dress already I would certainly recommend Pure Elegance for other brides/girls having their Prom or any other formal occasion, some stunning dresses. This was my 4th bridal store when looking for my dress. It was the best and to be honest even though I loved a few dresses in other shops I had a number of favourites here and I was hard to please. In the end I was delighted to find my perfect dress here. Memories has a great reputation for honest advice and I wasnt disappointed - Carl was the perosn I worked with. He was honest, helped guide me to "the one" and everything after was perfect - veil, brideslaids, colours, he even helped with flower suggestions. My sisters bought her wedding dress, veil and 4 bridesmaid dresses here. The service was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t recommend Memories bridal boutique enough. My sister looked and felt amazing on her wedding day and it was all thanks to the expert advice from Karl that helped her find the perfect dress. From the moment we arrrived at Pure Elegance we were treated with a 5* service. My daughter was looking for an evening gown and nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed my experience in 3 of the 5 shops I went to - 1 was nice,2 were awful but nothing compared to the wonderful serivce and experience I had in Memories. The staff are fabulous, all of them and I sincerely mean it when I say I enjoyed my appointments here very much. They were calm and easy going and obviously know what they are talking about. What a fantastic local business. Faz can work miracles for your big day... Whether its your wedding or prom. She was recommended to me and Im so happy she was. She can give advise and work miracles. She did mine and my 4 bridesmaids hair and we were over the moon with the results. She can get the dress of your dreams, do your hair and make-up. She has all the accessories eg jewellery and bridesmaids outfits/gifts. She even did my spray-tan. Nothing is to much for her and she was a pleasure. Very friendly and just nice to be around which cannot be always said about people in the beauty business. Don't go anywhere else... honestly she is so talented. Faz the owner is an amazing award winning hairdresser, for colour, cut and styling, she also does spray tan and has now branched put into makeup. Customers come from far and wide to have her work her magic, she is already getting booked up for wedding hair as far forward as 2021. The shop stocks the most amazing range of wedding and prom dresses and she does great value packages where you can save a huge amount of money when you buy a dress and get hair, make up and tan thrown in too. I go to pure elegance bridal and prom shop all the time for hairdressing appointments, pin ups, make up. There is always a warm and friendly welcome when you arrive. The dresses are beautiful. Love this shop and faz too. We used the shop for prom dress shopping , received the perfect service regarding trying dresses on and weren't rushed into a decision, we tried lots of dresses on and could have stayed all day and faz would have let us too. Faz has her customers best interests at heart regardless wether you buy from her or not . We returned 3 times then decided to get our dress from here the best decision my daughter made .
