What led me to becoming a therapist was a combination of issues; severe weight gain, anger/resentment, depression, health problems, relationship problems and an underlying feeling like I was the problem. I was desperate for change to understand my behaviours so that I could change them and lessen their impact.

What do you love most about your job?
Giving people hope and seeing them transform in front of me. I love watching clients let go of outdated beliefs and replace them with positive and contructive beliefs and thoughts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having this tyoe of therapy myself to combat several issues. (See my website for info on this)

Consultation call
30 minute call to establish what issues need to be worked on and how best to achieve the results you require. £30.
RTT Therapy Session
90-120 minute session. £215
Package of 3 RTT sessions.
3 x 90-120 minute sessions. (For issues such as weight loss, addiction and unresolved trauma) £610
Mediation session
60 minute guided meditation session. £40

Business Wellbeing Workshop
Aiming to equip your workforce with the mindset, tools and confidence needed in order to achieve targets, drive business and reduce staff absence rates.
This is a one day session from 10:30-16:00.
Maximum occupants at any workshop is 30. (if booking more than workshop to accomadate all staff then a 30% discount will be applied to all subsequent bookings.
Total cost includes an in depth consultation with the client to discuss how to best meet the business goals and how I can assist in this.
Online workshops - Total cost -£380
In person workshops - total cost - £530 (plus fuel/parking charges if out with Glasgow or surrounding areas)
