I attended a Talking Dogs ScentWork workshop held by Nicole which I enjoyed tremendously. Nicole has the knack of putting one at ease as soon as you walk through the door (even if late! ) and her manner with both the dogs and their handlers is very kind and gentle. She is very knowledgeable about what she is teaching and is able to transfer her ideas to her clients with ease and dexterity. I thoroughly enjoyed my day with her and know that my dogs did too. We booked the 5 week home visits for our two new Doberman puppies and already had a nine year old at home. Hayley was brilliant in giving advice on having litter pups as well as making sure our older dog didn't feel left out. We went to Rally classses and canine college before that! The Rally classes we finished with our 2 dogs on monday!
Although I was a bit overwhelmed with all the signs on the last evening, I thought this was a fun way of keeping up positive communication with our dogs!
It really helps with obedience and encourages a great sense of closeness to your dogs!
Nicole Hayley and the other trainers were amazing with the dogs and especially with ours who get worried in these situations! The Canine college classes were brilliant too! We are having a break until the new year but hope to go to some more classes!

Even though we only made it to a few classes, Muesli made good progress and really enjoyed the classes! The sessions were well planned and we got notes to keep so we can keep practising at home. And we got a rosette afterwards �

What do you love most about your job?
My favourite part of my job is seeing the relationships between dogs and their owners develop and grow as they work with us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work for a large UK based rescue charity and saw first hand the damage that a lack of appropriate socialisation and training can have on young pups as they develop into adult dogs. I started Puppy Tales to provide owners with advice that is kind, effective, humane and based on the most up to date scientific research in canine behaviour.
