Bill responded quickly and was able to undertake the repointing works within a few days at a very reasonable price in a way that resolved the water ingress issues I was having.

We initially engaged Bill of Pristine Painting & Decorating to correct some pointing work on our patio, but soon realised that more could be done to improve the construction and in fact integrate it into our garden.

Bill isn't limited to doing just what the customer asks for. He has creative ideas plus the experience and expertise to make them real. In fact, we were inspired by the way he thought the area could be transformed.

As a result, we now have a beautifully repaved patio with a front wall clad in black painted slabs reclaimed from the old surface and neat brickwork topping it off. New steps down to the garden and a new small raised patio make good use of what was once an awkward corner and a matching path to the shed complete the transformation.

This was all achieved with real craftsmanship, a close attention to detail and a determination to repurpose materials - an approach which not only saved us money, but was also environmentallly responsible. All this for a fixed and reasonable price with not a penny payable until satisfactiory completion of the work!
