My classes are at the Bagnall Centre:
Mondays 10-11am, 7-8pm, 8-9pm, Thursdays 10-11am, 7-8pm.

I really enjoyed getting back to my class after Christmas, I certainly needed it! I would recommend Helena’s class to anyone who is thinking about it, but a bit nervous about what to expect. I haven’t enjoyed gym classes in the past, but feel completely different about Helena’s Pilates! More...
