James was very quick to come and take the job and informed me I needed extra work doing. We agreed a price and he gave a 5 year guarantee?
And it’s not worth the paper it’s written on
Had to call him back to repair flashing that was meant to be replaced ( it wasn’t) within 4 months and first heavy rains the roof leaked.
Now he’s saying that company doesn’t trade anymore ( company house says it is) now does not reply to calls or emails
