Rob fitted a Hive at my Mums house today, he was prompt and installed it efficiently, checking all was working before he left. Then the fun started when British Gas decided to push an update to it which caused a fault. Rob came back out at 17:30, talked to British Gas for us (after wtg 20mins on hold) and stayed until all was well again. This type of service is rare, and we are so grateful to Rob for his commitment to sort this out for us. My mother is 89 and could no way be without heating.
