I have used Porcelanosa on many occasions and they never disappointed. From entering their showroom with my own thought to discussing with Andrew there is always input into design or suggestion on how to achieve my vision. For this project I was working in commercial premises for 2 visitors cloakrooms. Working on a budget Andrew & I managed to make these two rooms extremely welcoming and extremely clean & inviting. The service we received was excellent, we went back and forth with our selections and finally settled on an 800 Ceramic tile which looks excellent in our space. We were given samples to take home and try which were ordered in specifically for us. The price was also very competitive and we received the tiles boxed up on pallets so there were no damages. An excellent experience at Porcelanosa Croydon store.We completely refurbished two bathrooms in our house and bought sanitary fittings and tiles from Porcelanosa Croydon store. We found our sales advisor Ms Rianaa Ramchurn very courteous and knowledgable. She discussed and understood our requirements and helped us in choosing the right products as per our needs.The after sales service was also great. Always excellent service, if you pop in ask for John he'll sort you out. The products are top quality and granted the there is a premium to pay for Porcelanosa however the quality is throughout the product to the end result and you wont be unhappy with your bathroom once it's done.

We are having a loft conversion done including a modern shower room. We visited the Fulham showroom thinking it may be too expensive but having seen many other stores - none simply can compete with the sheer quality and beauty of the products on display. We soon asked for advice both in terms of design and products and were extremely lucky to meet Alexandra Selma who is the perfect person to make your thoughts and dreams come true. Alexandra’s amazing design capabilities have been unequalled and what impressed me most was her clear direction in what would and wouldn’t work. She understood our needs and came up with several options, but one in particular was when we were looking for a signature feature mosaic. She disappeared for a while and produced the absolutely perfect solution - there was no debate! Our shower room is now complete and looks stunning. Yes it was a little more expensive than we had planned for but more than worth every penny.For all our future work there will be only one place we will go for advice and purchase and that will be Porcelanosa and Alexandra Selma.Thank you so much Clive Osgood and Jo Rocha More...

A lovely experience. We had seen tiles and shower fittings we liked on their website and we visited their store in Fulham. Parking can be tricky on a saturday as the space is limited to 4-5 cars or so, but we managed to get the last space. Staff was attentive. We were able to see the tiles we liked in the store which made the decision easier and an order was placed smoothly. We recently visited the store and asked David to help us with quote for our tiles and flooring. He was super patient and very helpful. After the visit, David always respond my questions by email or call me straightaway. We decided not to go with the floor because of uncertainty on our building work timeline but I then made a very last minute order for next morning pick of the tiles.
