What’s your interior design process?
The aim of this first meeting is to understand the key elements of the brief, why you are undertaking the work and the likely cost and program. What we need is: a site or building, an idea, a budget, key dates, your inspirations or precedents.
After our first meeting we will send you our understanding of the brief, a list of our services and fees for the project. We will send you also a list of other cost to be considered.
Now the design process can start. This is an iterative process with input from the client and us as lead designer. Depending on the project other consultants or specialists will be involved in that process. We will issue to you a first set of drawings with a description of how we developed the ideas. When you fully understand the design and you are happy with that we will draw some details and pass to the next stage. We will submit a planning application on your behalf and then we will proceed to create detailed and construction drawings. We will help you to select the right builder for you. Once the construction process will start, we will manage the site and we will deal with the contractor until the completion.

We do not cover every type of architecture but wo do what we do very well with passion and commitment. Residential, conservation and heritage projects, small retail and exposition spaces are our specialism. No one can cover all the bases and we do not pretend to. We will just do our best providing you the design and the service in the areas we know best.

We can offer our services remotely or online. However for a good comprehension of the spaces involved in the project and a good understanding of the client's needs, is recommendable to organise a site visit, if it is possible.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We will investigate the feasibility of a project/design you have in mind. New built or extension, we will check all the legislation and regulation to give you different options of what we can achieve within your budget. Opportunities and constraints are discovered at this point; we’ll start to understand the scope of work and get a rough idea of potential costs.
DESIGN
We will help you to design your space and bring to reality your imagination. After a brief meeting to talk about your ideas, your budget and after a look to the existing situation, we will guide you through the design process to create a set of drawings that reflect your idea of space.
PLANNING
Planning permission could be a very complex procedure but we will take care of that for you. Once the first set of drawings is done we will prepare all the documentation, submit the application and monitor the outcome.
TENDER BUILDER
We will prepare a tender package and select with you the contractor asking for quotations. When the scope of work is clear and understood, we will choose the right contractor for you and manage everything for you.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will take care of all the needed documentation. We will be on site periodically and we will constantly deal with the contractors to solve any issue. We will manage the whole project on your behalf until the completion.
INTERIORS
We are experienced in delivery a full project and design bespoke furniture. We will design the focal points of your space with you. We have a network of interior specialist, and we work close with these experts to create what you like.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Even the exterior part of your space is really important to us. We will design the exterior spaces very carefully. Our passion for the nature will help you to design the outdoor space close with other expert professionals.
SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTATION
We will help you to create a more sustainable project accordingly with the latest guideline. We will help you to investigate how could be possible to reduce the energetic footprint of your house to help the environment and to reduce your bills.
