Paul has done extensive building work on our house over the last few months. There are many good things to say about the experience: (i) The price was reasonable. (ii) The price and payment milestones were clearly laid out and kept to. (iii) Paul and his workers turned up every day and did the job. This made an excellent change from experiences with other contractors who take jobs, start them, then vanish off to other work, leaving you hanging with a handful of excuses. (iv) The work has been to an excellent standard and carried out at a good rate. Paul is a perfectionist and if you or he are not happy, he'll work until everyone is. (v) You won't have to listen to loud radio / music for the duration - Paul and his people don't share this common addicition. (vi) They leave things in a good state at the end of each day, minimising disruption. (vii) They're nice guys.
