Describe your creative process.
Our creative process will depend on the complexity of the project. But will roughly follow this format:
1) Initial discussion to understand the project - in person, online, phone or by email. Agree end requirements eg. brand design for start-up flower shop, logo, stationery, shop fascia, local newspaper advertising x 3 formats, A5 flyer
2) We will supply a detailed quotation, outlining all steps (including out-costs if required: copy-writing and images, and print). We will also provide a schedule. Client to agree costs and timing.
3) Detailed discussion with client to understand clients thoughts/ideas for the project
4) Research on competitor (if required)
5) First selection of design options, supplied to client as pdf online
6) Client responds to the above
7) Further to client comments, development and alterations to first designs (if required), supplied to client as pdf online
8) Client signs-off final agreed design
9) We create final hi-resolution digital artwork and supply to client
For the flower shop example, once the logo and brand have been signed-off, other items will then proceed quickly.
*Any additional costs that arise resulting from changes in the brief will be advised before they are incurred.
** We can also handle printing too, if required.

What do you love most about your job?
We love working closely with clients throughout a project and developing their initial thoughts to produce a product that totally fits their requirements. Ultimately, a happy client, is a happy agency.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We felt the need for a design consultancy that was more receptive, better focused and more agile than our sometimes cumbersome larger counterparts. We wanted people to enjoy the experience of working directly with us, rather than through a large project team. Our clients always liaise directly with us, the designers, so nothing gets lost in the mix.
Why should our clients choose you?
We already have 20 years of very happy clients behind us, most of whom have come back again and again. And we love finding new clients, with new creative challenges!
