Having been introduced by our builder to Platinum Pro Kitchens, we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Rich and Max took their time to understand our ideas and vision of the dream kitchen, and made real effort to turn these into reality. As our vision evolved, Rich and Max were very accommodating of changes to the design, and were always happy to offer various alternatives at every stage of the process. Although there were some minor issues during the installation and fitting stage, Rich was always on hand and contactable to resolve these as quickly as possible. The end-product is of high quality, and perfectly matches what we envisioned for our kitchen. From the very first point of contact the level of service was fantastic. All communications were responded to very speedily. We were given 2 designs based on our requirements, small tweaks to the design we chose were accommodated, and new plans and images quickly prepared and provided to us.The lead time we were advised of initially was adhered to and work started on the promised date.The fitters, electricians, plumber and plasterers were skilled, very neat and tidy and left everywhere immaculate every evening. Our journey through the maze of selection, design and installation of our new bedroom furniture was made an absolute pleasure thanks to the skill, ingenuity and professionalism of all the staff at Platinum Pro Kitchens. We were offered a number of designs to choose from, all based on the features that we wanted to incorporate. Once we had settled on our specification we were given a computer generated graphic which gave us a realistic idea of what the finished job would look like. This was typical of the exceptional communication maintained by Platinum Pro throughout the whole project. From there on all we had to do was sit back and let the experts do their job, which they did admirably. The fitters were polite and demonstrated the skills needed to fit the furniture to the highest standard. Their attention to detail was superb. Absolutely amazing kitchens - the range of choice and options available suits every budget and taste. I have a top range kitchen for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere on the high street. I didn’t have to visit a showroom, they came to my house and then presented me with a number of different designs based on what I had told them I wanted. From the very beginning the customer service was amazing, any questions I had they answered promptly and efficiently. My experiences with all the staff I have encountered, including the delivery team who were super obliging, have been truly exceptional. Richard at Platinumpro was able to supply us a kitchen with solid wood hand painted doors at a price cheaper than another kitchen supplier had given us for MDF doors with a vinyl wrap. When there were a couple of bits missing in our delivery, Richard collected them from the factory and hand delivered them! We love our new kitchen. Thank you Platinumpro! More...

Platimum Pro Kitchens were excellent throughout the entire new kitchen buying process. Proactive and helpful during the design stage and endlessly patient with the various changes we requested along the way. The units are of excellent quality and very sturdy and installation was no problem.The company couldn't do enough for us in resolving a few minor delivery issues we had with 3rd parties and the aftercare was excellent, replacing a couple of items that had small scratches (from delivery) free of charge.The price was very competitive and cheaper than quotes we had from larger, national providers.Could not recommend Platinum Pro Kitchens highly enough, they made the whole thing easy from start to finish and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
