What do you love most about your job?
Most of the work that I do is work that many household owners do not like to do themselves, or they are struggling to resolve the issue that is having a major impact on their way of living. Knowing that I have the right equipment, tools and experience on board to be able to assist with solving the issue for the customer leaving them a lot more happier always makes me happy. I love meeting customers and being able to give them advice for the future to prevent blockages or pest control reoccurring.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the industry for over 18 years for other companies allowed me to gain the experience and skills required. I saw how companies worked and at times I didn't agree and I knew that I could provide an honest, reliable customer focussed company.
I always tell my three young children follow their dreams and to always trust and belief in themselves. During the pandemic, I was out of work and it gave me the opportunity to focus on myself, I realised I wasn't doing what I tell my children to do, so from that day I knew it was my time to do what I always wanted to do, own my own Drainage Company. I've never looked back, and to see my children be proud of me gives me the motivation to succeed.

I am approachable, trustworthy and extremely experienced with a wealth of knowledge. I will always be honest and will not only undertake your job but when I can provide you with advice and guidance to prevent issues happening in the future.

I am more than happy to give you advice and discuss your issues over the phone but this job needs to be undertaken in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I take daily Lateral Flow Tests to ensure that I am negative. I always have a face mask on and I have the correct PPE equipment. Elements of this job are of an emergency nature, if you have symptoms or tested positive I will try to not attend, however, if it is of an emergency nature I will ask you to keep a distance and use the correct safety procedures to keep yourself and myself safe.

We specialise in blockages, CCTV surveys, De-scales, Manhole repairs, Excavations enabling us to repair your drains.
Pest Control
Pest Control for Mice and Rats. Including inspection of properties for entry and exit points, filling and blocking of holes and to lay bait using secure Bait boxes
High Pressure Water Jetting
To clear blockages and to clear block paving / patios
Gutter Clearing
To clear away the gutters and to ensure that all waste/ rubbish is taken away and disposed of legally
