Pixie Paws came to help me with house and pet sitting while we were away on holiday.
The house and pet sitting had to be cut short because a health emergency with my daughter and we needed to return home earlier than planned.
Despite us having to change the original plan, Pixie Paws was flexible and understanding. She continued to support us with dog walks and worked with us during this emergency, which felt essential, as I couldn’t focus on the pets during this time. Her kindness, warmth and compassion were above and beyond anything I would have expected from a dog sitting service. I thoroughly recommend her.

What do you love most about your job?
I love building relationships with each individual dog and helping them to get the best out of their time when on their daily walk.
I enjoy nurturing the dogs friendships with one another and making sure each walk is stimulating and enriching for them.
I also love being on Hampstead Heath- a picturesque setting for dogs and humans alike!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working for a big company as a dog walker during lockdown and ended up falling in love with the job. I wanted to create my own business so I could walk small groups of dogs myself, giving each dog / owner a personal and bespoke service, also offering pet sitting while owners are away from home.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an avid dog lover, I have been walking dogs now for 5 years, and I am reliable and responsible.
I am DBS checked, I have my pet first aid certificate and am fully insured to walk dogs on the heath.
