What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been teaching Pilates since 2003 and within Hospitals and Private clinics. I am passionate about teaching exercises well, ensuring that each person is working to their own potential. I was encouraged by my friends to set up my own business and started this in 2014.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a physiotherapist and Pilates teacher I am keen to ensure that everyone is working to their own needs. It is not about how far people can stretch or if they can do the hardest exercise, but if they can do the exercise well and to the best of their own ability. I ensure that everyone understands how they need to be working to get the most out of the classes. If you have been put off by gym classes, give clinical pilates a try. The individualised approach allows you to reach your own potential.
