House Clearance

During the very difficult period following a family bereavement , Gareth was timely in responding both in a professional and personal manner. Giving a favourable quotation.

Giving family time to greave and allow time for funeral before house clearance. He readily provided a visit and quotation based on a lot of possessions from two previous house moves and furniture left from my sister at my fathers home-also to clear. This formed a majority of the quotation / task but also offered Pheonix some articles for resale and or refurbishment / renovation for recycling which is terrific! In that as little as possible goes to landfill. Waste and landfill.

All pre-requisite waste transfer; licences were asked and shown/provided by Gareth.

His team were proffesional and polite and communications were regular frequent and timely to allow us (the family) time plan in handing the house back to the housing association.

Polite Staffs friendly and thorough. Wearing PPE and safe handling techniques.

They all knew their roles and Gareth brought in extra staff who were affected by lockdown / closures of their businesses in their other proffesions and during COVID19 peak period !! All staff arrived in pre-requisite safety boots, PPE and safety measures were taken including handling; Hazardous oils, lubricants degreaseants, and paints from my fathers storage shed.

A proffesional company who aimed and met! The tight deadlines and house clearance regulations we required to meet. Often adding additional removal vehicles to meet the task.
