David Hill of Phoenix Roofing Services, Walsall 2 is a crook. Do NOT trust him with any roofing work. He did a number of jobs for me which were all sub-standard.
I had to get someone else to fix the problems he created so effectively payed twice for the work. In addition I made the mistake of paying £1000 directly into his bank account
as deposit for a new roof. He kept differing the start of the job. He wouldn't answer my calls. This went on for a 2-3 months and in the end I had to pay over the odds to get the work done by someone else. Please keep away from this 'con-man'. He will take your hard earned cash and NOT do the work or if he does it will be sub-standard. DO NOT pay up front for
any work. DO NOT transfer money into his personal account as there is no way of getting it back easily.

Had this company to look at my roof (water coming through ceilings in 2 bedrooms).Dave came out inspected my roof and said he could do the job for £200. A few days later roof still leaking, phoned Dave said he would come out and sort it out. He never turned up, phoned twice more and again he said he would come and sort it out but never turned up. What do you love most about your job?
Roofing has been in my family for 3 generations and ive been roofing since age 14. I thourghly enjoy my work and take great pride in completing jobs to the highest standard. It's extremely rewarding to see the improvements we can make to a person's property. when someone has water penetrating into their property we understand that it's extremely stressful and are always happy to be able to take that stress away. Providing a fast reliable service is an area of great pride in my life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandfather and father had their own roofing business so its always been something I've wanted to continue.
