Team Phoenix were excellent from start to end. We had regular calls and the team were always in touch to make sure we felt looked after. How CJ worked with us, helped us know each other deeper, stopped our arguments and communicate better, which meant even though we have amicably gone our own ways, we know we have made the right decision for both us and we remain friends. These guys know what they're talking about, they have a huge amount of experience in leadership, management, team work and personal growth. But what I like best is that they are just normal hard working people with a passion for learning, growing and helping others. They have a clear vision, but will never preach to you.
