Brilliant swift service…The hinges on our Roto Windows had gone in our bathroom and we couldn’t shut our window properly, however Dave came late that evening, meaning I didn’t have to book a day off work and fixed it that night. He could of took us for a ride but didn’t (as I was totally clueless as to what the problem was or how to fix it), but all it needed was a good whack with a hammer to re-align the hinge with the top pin which he did there and then. Whilst I fear others would have just had sold me the replacement locking segment part (quoted at around £200), instead of attempting to fix it on the spot.Very happy with the efficient service and would definitely recommend!
