How long have you been in business?
I have had 10 years experience working as a cleaner. I briefly worked in a care home as a Domestic but then moved to Scotland with my partner. His mother was poorly at the time. We lived there for 10 months. Whilst we were there, I set up my own business and had 3 ladies working for me. It was a great experience but we came back as we were missing our grown up children and my sister had cancer.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, I will always ask if you would like me to bring my own products as some people like to use their own products. If you wish a clean with my products but have surfaces that require specialist products then it is up to the client to provide these. The only thing I do not bring is a hoover.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the end result of the clean and leaving the home smelling fresh for the owners return.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for many years as a cleaner, I have wanted my own small business for many years.
