Yet another 5 star rating for Ben of 'PC One Computer Solutions'.I'm not a complete novice when it comes to computer problems but I had the most baffling problem with my new PC, insofar that it even baffled Ben! Thank goodness he both knows his stuff and enjoys a 'computer' fight.This man was surely a terrier in a former life. Give him a stick/problem? He will simply not give up until his naturally analytical mind has pinpointed the problem - which he did. PC One Computer Solutions. They're not the cheapest but of course, you get what you pay for. An absolute life saver! Thought i'd lost all my accounts and payroll system. Laptop dead. Phone call to Ben, home visit within 2 hours and laptop returned to me the next day rebooted, rejigged and as fast as a brand new model. I was having trouble with my PC loading very slow and would often lock up when trying to access web sites and links.Ben was able to quickly remove multiple security programs and reinstall effective, FREE software. Had a serious problem with my computer, on a sunday at that, i contacted Ben at pc one, and although he was busy, he managed to fit me in, in just over an hour he had brought my computer back to life, its now running just like new.

Wanted a factory reset on a MacBook Pro so i could sell it. Spoke with local computer repair shops and they all said 'cant be done'.
Contacted Ben from PC One and he collected a few hours later. Dropped it off and its better than ever. It had been cleaned as well so it looks and runs like brand new. Many thanks Ben!

I very rarely post reviews but I had such excellent service that in this case I felt I had to. My laptop was slow and some programs not working and it was a source of great frustration. Located company on internet and contacted Ben. To save time I delivered laptop but Ben would have collected.
