Paul responded very quickly to the advert and asked me to contact him to discuss the work required. I called him and we arranged to meet at the property I wanted him to clear. I had travelled a considerable distance and arrived in good time. He failed to turn up. Altogether I wasted two hours waiting and trying to contact him. Totally unprofessional conduct not to answer my calls and failing to turn up at the agreed time. No excuse for this shoddy behaviour! Should have known it was a poor outfit when there was only 1 previous review. I would ask Bark about their criteria for listing such ''tradespeople'' are. Clearly they aren't vetted at all! More...

On time, nothing too much trouble, would highly recommend.
