Our consultation stage must be completed at the proposal house as we need to complete a dimensional building survey. However, all communucation beyond this point can be doen remotely, either by telephone, email or Zoom online video.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
P4B Extend will always comply with Covid-19 statutory requirements. However, any customer can request anytime for our staff to wear a face mask and rubber gloves when entering a property.
Step 1 - Desk Top Study (FREE)
At Extend we will look at all the legal and site restrictions in order that we know exactly what can and can’t be built before we come down for the consultation.
Step 2 - Consultation
Our expert team of Extend designers will come and visit you at your house. This is the critical stage as we will work with you to create the brief that will perfectly enhance your home.
Once we have completed the brief and site survey, we will create a consultation document which will help explain our vision for you.
Step 3 - Detailed Design
Once you’ve chosen which of the options you prefer in the Consultation Document, we will refine the design and prepare both your planning and building regulation drawings ready for submission.
Step 4 - Builder Selection
Extend will then, if you require, use its extensive list of trusted builders to give estimates on the job based upon the building regulation drawings. This can help keep costs low for and the quality of the finished extension high.
