Extensions
Here at ORKA developments we specialise in timber frame extensions and traditional block built extensions. We strive to use sustainable and locally sourced materials wherever possible. We aim to be cost and time effective and provide a no hassle experience for all of our customers from the very start of the project, to the smallest finishing details at the end. We will work with every client to produce exactly what they have in mind and ensure there is constant communication throughout the building process. No extension is too big or small.
Full/ Part Renovations
At ORKA developments we work with customers to create a new, fresh and more functional feel to their existing properties. We find that many customers with a smaller home improvement budget are as happy as our clients who have extended. This is due to our bespoke carpentry work - creating innovative storage solutions while still adding some style to your home. We range from individual rooms to full property renovations. This can include knock throughs, built in furniture, dual purpose furniture etc. Whether for a domestic or commercial purpose we can work with you to create the space you want. No job is too small or too big.
