What do you love most about your job?
We love working with people and enabling businesses to enhance their outputs by providing the best environment for teams to thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent the last 17 years working at AMV BBDO one of the top creative advertising companies who produce TV adverts for companies such as Body Form, Curry's, Mars, Facebook, Rexona, Pepsi, McMillan. During that time I oversaw the AMV BBDO and at any time up to 4 additional smaller businesses, which often required travel to different locations and the ability to work with multiple leadership teams. I loved the variety and helping each business set up in a way that ensured maximum business success.
Since the pandemic, much of the EMEA region shrank and I had to assist in the closure of 4 different business, leaving just AMV and EMEA HQ staff which had greatly reduced in size and I started to miss the variety of working with different businesses.
My work has been publicly recognised in the media and I've been a judge for the CIPD People Management Awards for the last 6 years.
Prior to AMV BBDO, I worked for companies such as Next, Nielsen Media Research, Fish4jobs, Control Risks Group and Manpower. So I have a range of experience in different sectors.
After 27 years, I decided to fulfil a life long ambition and set up my own business. I have an extensive network of HR practitioners and coaches that I can reach out to scale up my operation and have trained many HR practitioners who have since gone on to be Heads of HR in other businesses.
