Great service from first visit from lovely Darcy, who arranged for Penny to attend next day to measure up.
Penny professionally help to pick everything for full bathroom fit ( as spoilt for choice).
Mark arrived to ripped out old bathroom who was very pleasant and polite and reassured me everything will be fine due to having problems turning water off. He done a great job and left everything neat and tidy.
Next Dan arrived to me he was the main man and what a credit he is to the company pleasant, friendly and very polite and left my property immaculate every day from start to finish and done a excellent job to my bathroom.
Everyone was so friendly and nice even the gentleman that delivered everything was very friendly and polite. Great service and would highly recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our new shower and bathroom refit. I just could not believe the difference in just three days! I can't recommend these guys highly enough, as everything from customer service, communications, workmanship and finally the clean up and collection of our waste was timely and efficient. Travelled to Birtley Store Today as purchased from the old company previous. Staff are brilliant Spoke to 2 of them. . Went to order and told £15 delivery. I commented thought it was FREE on orders over £70 informed that was only applicable to online orders. WAKE UP MAN......HELLO ..... ARE YOU LISTENINGONLY DUE to your staff I will return with my laptop and with their help order online. My initial order will only be around £150 but my family have lots of further projects. You could of lost me forever.Scrap your delivery charge. YOUR STAFF WON THE SALE not your website I guess when you do the analisys you will say this was a WEBSITE SALE.... Just had a refurbish of our very small ensuite by one stop bathroom and cladding. Quick service. Colin came to measure up one Friday morning and we had an email by the Friday night with an estimate. Went back to the showroom to upgrade on the cladding. Telephone call the next day with the new price.
