Had Niall and another chap come over to draw up, quote and then carry out a patio replacement, along with a water feature and garden light instalment, work was superb, within my budget and time scale, overall very happy and highly recommend.

Nothing was too much for the team. The work had to be carried out through the house and I thought this would be really disruptive and messy but I was very pleasantly surprised. I requested a quote via Bark which I had never used before and to be honest wasn't sure I'd get a response. Luckily Omni Garden Services did respond quickly. Niall responded to my request via Bark. From the first point of contact he was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt and Professional in his administration, friendly but maintaining a respectful client interaction.

On the day he arrived to carry out the work required, again he was prompt and advising prior to the agreed time that he was on his way. He remembered the work that was required, we had a quick Hello and chat. Again he was affable, and friendly but professional and made me feel assured he knew what he was doing.

Niall was at my property for 5 hours. He refused offers of drinks, having brought his own. He simply just got on with the job.

I could not be happier. The standard of work was excellent and I have no complaints what so ever....and I'm fussy.

I will be using Niall for regular future garden upkeep and also for a little redesign.
